Thank you for choosing Loren African Safaris. To ensure a smooth booking process and clear understanding, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Loren African Safaris acts as a tour operator as well as supplier and distributor for travel and tourism related suppliers. By travel and tourism-related suppliers we mean: Destination management companies, hotels, activity providers, tour operators, accommodation organizers, transport companies and more. By the term “booking”, we mean the purchase of any product or service made on any of our web sites, or at your local destination when it is part of Loren African Adventures’ network. Bookings are binding when Loren African Safaris has sent a written confirmation to an email address submitted by the customer.

The confirmation is our contract, and it is important that you, the customer, make sure that it is in accordance with your order. Any comments must be made immediately. Payment confirms acceptance of these conditions. Loren African Safaris advises customers to print out the confirmation and take it with them on their trip. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation with Loren African Safaris. Some product owners/suppliers/partners may impose a higher age limit, in which case they will provide notification of this when you order.

Reservations and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods as communicated by Loren African Safaris.
• Any bank fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings should be confirmed
• Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to departure will be charged 100%
• Cancellation 72 hours to 7 days prior to departure will be charged 75%
• Cancellation 7 days to 14 days prior to departure will be charged 50% Or You will get the credit note which you can use it next time you come for your safari.
• Cancellation 15 days or longer prior to departure incur no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation can only be done by email to the email address info@lorenafricansafaris.com
• “No Shows” will be charged 100% (no show also includes showing up after meeting time)
• Loren African Safaris reserves the right to resell tickets of guests for no show.

Changes to Booking

• Requests for changes to the itinerary or services must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
• Loren African Safaris reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or park regulations, without liability.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and emergency evacuation.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Loren African Safaris acts as an agent for accommodations, transport providers, and other services. While we take utmost care in selecting providers, we cannot be held liable for any delays, losses, injuries, or damages.
• Wildlife encounters are unpredictable, and while every effort is made to ensure sightings, no guarantees can be made.

Health and Safety

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet the health requirements for travel, including vaccinations.
• Guests must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Passports and Visas

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and the necessary visas for entry into Tanzania.

Force Majeure

• Loren African Safaris is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Acceptance of Terms

• By making a booking and submitting payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
